San Francisco Botanical Garden at Strybing Arboretum [North Gate Entrance]
1199 9th Avenue
San Francisco
If you're ready to shake off the winter blues and spring into action, join Women in Leadership & Design (WILD) on April 30 from 12–2 pm in the San Francisco Botanical Gardens at Strybing Arboretum for a picnic in the park (Note: Please bring your own food and drinks). We’ll meet at the North Gate (also known as Friend Gate) along Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and picnic on the lawn by the McBean Wildfowl Pond. It's the perfect opportunity to soak up the sun and enjoy the beauty of nature in a picturesque park setting. SF residents get in for free with their ID, while non-residents can join us for $13. With good food and great company, let's create some beautiful memories!
Rain Plan: If it rains, we’ll meet at the DeYoung Museum Cafe, which doesn’t require a ticket for entry.
ABOUT US
Women in Leadership & Design (WILD) is an initiative of AIGA San Francisco. Our mission is to amplify women and non-binary designers’ collective power and visibility. We mobilize and energize impact in design leadership by focusing our work on connecting, elevating, sharing, and educating designers in our community. Often, we do this through events like group meals, speaker series, workshops, meetups, and more. We exist to redesign leadership, together. Learn more about WILD here.
SUPPORT US
As a 501(c)3, we greatly rely on the community’s generosity to help support WILD programs and events so please consider making a $5 donation. Your generosity is very much appreciated.
