How do you move a team toward ever-more customer-centric thinking? How do you build a mindset of curiosity, inquiry, and divergent thinking? Then, how do you scale across dozens of portfolios, in a company with thousands of people?

Laura Ward is a 14 year veteran of PayPal and will tell you the story of the company's journey from technology-driven to customer-centric experiences - a process which is still in progress.

You will get practical tips on how to address customer discovery training in your organization, plus practice in small break out sessions to assist you in building momentum toward greater customer focus on your team.

AIGA SF is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit. All proceeds from ticket sales directly support the local design community and future programming.
