Last week, the AIGA SF community was lucky enough to head to Design Map, a UX agency located in the heart of the Mission district for our March studio tour. With over 10 years under their belt, Design Map had plenty of stories, insights, and history to share with the crowd, but it wasn't all reminiscing. Co-founder Nathan Kendrick also gave a look into what the future of UX has in store for us and how it's going to take a blend of heart, grit, and quality to maximize the value of design moving forward.
