Li-Anne Dias is a creative director and design leader based in Oakland, CA. She is currently Director of Brand Design at Handshake. Previously, she led brand design at Grammarly and contributed to the evolution of their visual identity. Prior to that, she was responsible for creating Reddit’s first brand design systems, including libraries and brand design principles, and provided creative direction for their initial integrated campaigns.

Li-Anne has worked with various prominent brands including Capgemini, Olympus, Alpaca, and Winnie Labs. She serves as an advisor to portfolio companies at Sequoia India and Blume Ventures, focusing on early-stage design hiring and design systems. Her work has been featured on Creative Review and Print Magazine, and her editorial work can be seen in Wired Magazine, TechCrunch, Backchannel, and Crunchbase News. She serves as a board member at the San Francisco Children’s Art Center. Li-Anne believes in leading with kindness and building with intention.
