Kelly Steinhardt (she/her) is a UX Content Design leader who specializes in empowering families through media, entertainment, and technology. With over a decade of experience, Kelly has led impactful UX content programs at companies like Google, YouTube, Roblox, and Netflix. Her teams design product experiences that feel relevant, intuitive, and useful to audiences worldwide — with a focus on UX writing, Conversation Design, GenAI, and scalable content strategies.
Kelly began her career in educational content at Common Sense Media. She remains deeply passionate about helping kids, teens, and parents thrive in today’s technology landscape.
