Cesar Ramirez, Flatiron Career Coach
Cesar Ramirez is a full-time Career Coach with Flatiron School and is a Certified Professional Coach through Columbia Business School. He has 15+ years’ experience as a Human Resource Leader within the Healthcare, Financial and Technology industries in large, mid-size and startup companies. Cesar is a graduate of General Electric’s Human Resource Leadership Program, where he held various HR leadership positions in GE Healthcare, was Head of HR at SS White Dental, Head of HR at NTENT and started his career in HR at Bloomberg L.P. A few noteworthy highlights are that Cesar has recruited 500+ candidates and as a Career Coach has placed 200+ clients (~20 Flatiron School students). Cesar holds a M.A. in Organizational Psychology & HR Management from Columbia University and a B.A. in Psychology from Brandeis University. He enjoys leveraging his HR and Recruiting expertise while partnering with clients in the areas of career coaching. When not coaching or consulting, Cesar enjoys spinning, cycling, meditating, wellness, training and traveling.
