Our mission is to build community through conversation about the process, inspiration, and challenges behind the creative practice.

The creative process isn't always a linear one and we think there's much to be gained by hearing how others have navigated the rich and variegated landscape of people, ideas, deadlines, and passion.

Throughout the year we keep the conversation flowing by hosting Salons, intimate gatherings that foster dialog and connections in the creative community. Each January our main event brings several hundred creative professionals together under one roof to celebrate the creative practice with a full day of inspiring talks given by speakers from all over the world.

In/Visible Talks came from our own personal desire to keep learning, to stay inspired, and to celebrate our genuine love of design.
