In these uncertain, unprecedented, and unsettling times, it’s a challenge to balance productivity and self-care and more important than ever to recognize the wonderful parts of our lives, however small. In this fun, honest, and unexpected session, join illustrator Octavia Bromell, better known as Tink, and wellness coach May Bartlet on a journey to joy through the appreciation of the everyday.

Learn how tiny acts of self-care can fend off creative burnout and the dreaded artist's block, and enable you to create meaningful work that makes your heart sing.

Tackling the oddities and marvels of what it is to be a human in the modern world, Tink will share techniques to appreciate the wonderfully imperfect world around you, learned through her experiences with anxiety and depression.

May will kick off with guided meditation. You’ll leave the session filled with inspiration, creativity, and a dollop of self-awareness to boot. Not to mention—recognition of the amazing life you already have.
