With so much of our daily lives being funneled through our smartphones, product design is increasingly becoming a major discipline within the field of design.

Join us on Sept 20th, 2017 as we ask a panel of senior product designers how they got into the discipline, and what you should be doing to excel in the field—as existing practitioner, or as someone who wants to move into it.

Topics include

  • What kind of software should I be learning?
  • What hard and soft skills should I be developing?
  • Are there groups I should join, blogs I should read or courses I should take?
  • What is the average week of a product designer like?
  • How are product design projects different from other types of design projects?
  • What kind of salaries, titles and career longevity can a product designer expect to have?
