Location: Boox HQ, Petaluma, CA – On site 2 days per week/Remote 3 days per week

Boox is on a mission to eliminate single-use waste by making it easier for our clients and their customers to participate in an earth-friendly Circular Economy. We provide 100% reusable alternatives to single-use shippers, Boox Boxes & Baags, as well as a digital platform for Recommerce.
ROLE SUMMARY
Boox.eco needs a creative full-time, enthusiastic graphic designer to produce new design and artwork for both digital and print marketing media.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES will include the following:
Support the visual identity development for Boox’s brand, working in collaboration with Boox Design Director.
Following art direction, create new design work and concepts for marketing materials including but not limited to Boox Box graphics, presentations, website / social media materials and advertising – that adhere to any existing brand guidelines when required.
Work collaboratively with in-house partners: Design Director, Design Manager, UX Director, Business team – as well as out-of-house partners on projects as specified.
Provide in-house final artwork, print preparation (when necessary), and archiving of marketing materials including but not limited to Boox Box graphics and above mentioned marketing materials.
Basic graphic animation for social content.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
3-5 years experience producing design work for print and digital media within a product manufacturing company or design agency
BFA/BA in Graphic Design or related field
Demonstrated excellent sense and understanding of graphic design, layout, color and typography
Proven exceptional attention to detail and visual problem-solving skills
Tuned into current styles and trends in Graphic Design
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects, and Microsoft Powerpoint
Enthusiasm, versatility and willingness to manage constantly changing priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple long and short-term projects and meet deadlines
Dependable, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as flexible and creative team player
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations.
Creative thinker with innovative design solutions
