Enterprise Design was once the uptight, distant cousin of consumer-facing design. Today, all users—including B2B users—expect every interaction and experience to be great. Design at scale has now become one of the most interesting challenges designers face. In this series of short, pecha kucha-style talks, designers from across Salesforce share their perspective on what it means to take a user-centered approach when designing at scale—both in-house and for Salesforce’s most innovative customers. Megan Enright, Director of Experience Design on the key principles of Enterprise Design Daniil Vinokur, Director of Strategic Innovation and Incubation on Designing for research Carrie Whitehead, VP of Community Cloud on The psychology of influence and persuasion Brady Sammons, Lead Product Designer on the tools that make it possible to design at scale Alex Genette, Experience Architect on packaging up the enterprise design process to make it scalable Chris Fox, UX Architect for Trailhead on building educational software that enables millions of people Hosted by Justin Maguire, SVP of Product Design and User Experience at Salesforce We’ll begin the evening with networking, drinks, and light appetizers.
