MODERATOR:

Jay Ganaden, Director of Worldwide Strategic Development, Creative Cloud Design at Adobe

Jay Ganaden is the Director of Worldwide Strategic Development, Creative Cloud Design at Adobe. Jay’s team works with Adobe’s customers and their UX Design teams to successfully integrate Adobe XD into their design practice, and further collaborates with customers to design the future of Adobe XD as a product. Jay’s career is truly all things Digital, with experiences at his own startups, as well as Razorfish, KPMG Consulting and DoubleClick.

SPEAKERS:

Julian Crespo, Product Designer

Julian is a product designer specializing in accessible and inclusive experiences. Over the summer of 2019, he was selected by Adobe and supported by the Adobe Fund for Design to participate in the inaugural Accelerator Program where he designed a panel plugin for XD that streamlines accessibility workflow for designers.

Ainsley Wagoner, Senior Experience Designer at Adobe

Ainsley is a Senior Experience Designer on Adobe XD. Previously, she worked at Pinterest and Code for America. In addition to working at Adobe, she recently taught Interactive Design at California College of the Arts and performs around San Francisco with her band Silverware. Ainsley is interested in the intersection of music and visuals, interactive installations, songwriting as a tool for creating new feminist narratives, and improving the way we talk about design in the tech industry. She holds a BA in Architecture from the University of Kentucky.

Julie Sanduski, Adobe Creative Resident

Julie is a 2019 Adobe Creative Resident exploring how human-centered design can inspire a sustainable, circular food system. During her residency year, she’s conducting design research and engaging with industry leaders to design a series of products focused on preventing, redirecting, and repurposing food waste. Julie is a self-taught designer who found a passion for UX when she joined IDEO's Food + Future CoLab in 2016. After graduating from Tufts University soon after, she relocated to Seattle to work as a PM at Microsoft. After two years there, she submitted a passion project proposal to Adobe and was selected to represent the UX community as one of nine residents from around the world.

Additional speakers to be announced shortly!
