During this moderated event, our panel will present an honest analysis of recruitment and retainment gaps for minorities and women in design and tech. We'll also spotlight unique educational programming that challenges current paradigms that aims to support our youth –– the future thinkers, makers and creators of our community.

The evening will include case studies and share edcuation-based, actionable insights on how to develop more informed inclusion strategies. All rooted in working from the ground-up and with multi-industry partnerships.
