Start your day with an inspirational morning celebrating Women and non-binary creatives on International Women’s Day. Our Women in Leadership + Design (WILD) group will gather together for a guided meditation for reflection around this years theme #BalanceforBetter.

Show up for yourself, take time in your busy schedule and start the day off right learning techniques you can practice at your desk to prepare you for a day of meetings and deadlines.

After the guided meditation, we will take a moment to write notes to women in your life that you are thankful for because of their support, mentorship or just because you want them to know how #BadAss they are! Hand out the notes at work or home to show your support to the important women in your life, or let us mail it for you.

Coffee, tea and light pastries will be available.

INSTRUCTOR: Natasha Durel

Natasha is a Life and Mindset Coach, NLP Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, and Reiki Master. She introduces different themes and modalities into her meditations allowing students to take an empowered approach when it comes to understanding themselves in a way that deepens their practice. She challenges her students to connect with one another and bring the same presence and impact that meditation creates beyond the classroom.

You can find out more about her practice here.
