PayPal’s UX organization has almost 200 designers, researchers and content designers in locations around the globe. Our goal is to foster an atmosphere where strong discovery practices and high-quality content, research and design are expected and celebrated.

How then, do we drive user experience excellence, create efficiencies of scale, and energize our community with a culture we are proud of?

Hear our panel discuss the ways we are investing in our UX Community of Practice (CoP). We will have a short QA after the panel.
